Congratulations - we have a winner!
In every competition there is a winner... some times the win results from a fluke. Sometimes a short burst of concentrated effort gets the competitor across the line in a tough competition.
Ride_Group members have had the opportunity to win our very own competition but our eventual winner has been consistently outstanding and really deserved to win the competition many times over. Nobody else came close ..it was really a one horse race.
John Neville was announced as the winner just prior to our Mountain Bike ride on the Heritage Trail last Saturday.
John has suggested he'll collect his prize (buying each rider on a Saturday ride a drink of their choice at our morning stop) when we include an appropriate (better, more expensive?) venue.
Please join me in congratulating John.
Will John chase the next prize?

Terrain: Mainly Flat
Estimated Distance: 65 kms+
Start Point: Maylands, Narrows - South Side
Start Time: Maylands 8:00, Narrows 8:30
